Breakfast Links: Flaming Ice, Comic Con and Palm
Flaming ice. That’s right, ice. On fire. That’s some cool stuff. I guess there’s ice that contains methane all trapped up in some lattice. BP is looking at these to see if they can find a new source of natural gas in Alaska. Not too many details, I hope it doesn’t involve too much destruction to the environment.
This weekend is Comic Con, in New York. Cool, yo. It seems that some tickets are sold out online, I don’t really know what that means, is this limited space engagement? Or just some kind of wierd preselling hype? You might also want to check out the Beasts signing at GRNY.
In Palm news, you can pick up your DST patch here. Does anyone else think it’s super wierd that we changed DST? Anyhow, it is also reassuring to know that Palm has already stopped supporting the 650. Why would 650 users need a security patch anyway it’s been discontinued for nearly 4 months! Ancient.
