Don’t forget it’s DST time this weekend! All my servers are already updated, suckaz.

Alright! It’s movie morning here. We’ll start with these completely awesome R2D2 mail boxes. They’re here to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Star Wars but sadly won’t be out on the streets - I guess just in the post offices themselves. I can see why, I mean, I’d try to steal one myself, but still… there’d be something satisfying about walking around NYC and seeing those on street corners. Curse our theiving fanboy culture!!

Ok.. speaking of anniversaries, it is the 2nd anniversary of - you guessed it - the Wookiepedia! Also known as starwars.wikia.com - it’s a site hosted on Wikia that covers all you could hope to ever want to know on the series. A strangeness on the wiki is headers like the one found on this page, which claims “It’s just a movie!” which is strange coming from a wiki with 45,000 articles on 6 movies and what 12 hours of footage? But, if you had a star wars question - perhaps you were wondering about (the travesty that was) Han shooting first, this is the place to go.

And lastly we have Rotten Tomatoes Worst of the Worst Pictures. This feature is annoying because it’s a worst 100 list with 1 film per page, making it virtually impossible to actually sit through and look at them all. Don’t believe that bottom nav with the sets of 10, it’s just a hoax. Anyhow, it’s pretty interesting, although I question whether “Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever” is really the worst movie of all times. I sometimes find it strange what movies get a pass and what movies don’t by film critis. And let me point out again how annoying it is, and what a cheap ploy it is to put 1 movie per page without having a more condensed listing anywhere.
