Breakfast Links: Wrongness in a Can, Robot Combat and Miyazaki
Ok, this is just wrong. Whether it’s a fake or not, it’s really just wrong. All Cthulhu references are appropriate. All, “please don’t ever show me anything with teeth in a can” comments also appropriate.
I know it isn’t monday and you aren’t emotionally prepared for art, but it’s a slow news day. So click on that image and check out a few more cool scenes in an epic robot battle. The photos are cool and the perspective is perfect. I just wish there were more!
And lastly some news about the new Miyazaki film “Ponyo on a Cliff” has come out. The director of Spirited Away and Nausicaa is writing an original story about a five year old boy and a princess goldfish. I read somewhere that he’s watercoloring all the storyboards himself. Hardcore. Sadly not till summer 2008.
