Africam
So I started watching the Africam (thanks to odp). It’s a full time live webcam streaming a video of the Nkokho watering hole (it turns into night vision at night). So far I’ve only seen a couple birds walking around in the water, but I hope to see antelope or elephants or killer whales soon. It’s pretty sweet.
UPDATE: Ok, I’m seeing 3 deer or antelope or something walking around now. The best part is that I’m so trained when I was excitedly calling Maria over, I was whispering so as not to disturb them. Oh! There’s a ton of them now with a baby and one with antlers! The whole herds here! I hope the lion’s don’t find out.
UPDATE 2: I’m not obsessed with this or anything. But apparently sometimes the webcam is manned, because now there’s some buffalo (or something) and the camera was zooming in on them.
