If that was in NYC there'd be 2 cops for every dancer and most likely a couple of beatdowns. =) I wouldn't exactly call it spontaneous. <a href="http://www.hitokiri.com/blog/archives/2006/08/just_another_ha.php" rel="nofollow">Haruhi</a> fans the world over have been taping themselves doing the dance and Youtubing it for awhile now.
