		<description>I think, or at least I hope that both these products would be illegal in the US. If you dress up your dog, the owner should have to wear the same thing in human size of course, in public whenever the dog is dressed. This would most likely only stop a quarter of these nut jobs but hey, it's a start. 
As for the Oxygen tank, just owning one of these implies that your placing your pet in some seriously messed up situations. They can't appritiate sensory deprivation techniques, so I assume your putting them in a low oxygen environment? People are blasting their dogs into space? Wait, okay, that's cool.</description>
