The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters
I totally didn’t hear about this either. Howard just sent me the 411. Apparently the King of Kong is a documentary about the only two guys who get so far on Donkey Kong that the machine crashes, effectively they finished the game! Also apparent, when you finish a video game that the creators didn’t think had an end you get to go to Japan and hang out with a dozen scantily clad japanese girls. Who knew?
Looks good, anyone out there caught it already? It’s playing at the IFC theater and AMC 25 here… might have to check it out this weekend.
