May - I should say the same thanks, to you. :) Yeah, I too was once part of the cult but I left it awhile back, I still can't believe how many people still believe.</description>

		<description>I think there's an unwritten rule that states that, when responding to criticism, your level of specificity should roughly match the level of specificity of your critic. Respond to a general grouser with too much information, and you seem like you're making excuses. Respond to a very specific list of criticisms with a short, general note and you seem like you're dismissing the criticism, or worse, that you don't actually understand the scope of your problem.</description>
