Now this is why I’m a vegetarian!
This is what I’m talking about! Here’s a new PETA ad campaign for vegetarianism starring none other than Alicia Silverstone who absent mindedly must have forgotten to bring her clothes to the shoot. You know, mildly nsfw.
Is that wrong? Cause if it’s wrong I don’t want to be right… and it totally worked on me, I still don’t want to eat meat.
You know, I’m not always for the things PETA does. Sometimes they get a little xtreem, I tend to be more of a Farm Sanctuary kinda guy. But I’m ok with pretty ladies.

My girlfriend’s daughter is a vegetarian, so when I spend the weekend, I’m not eating very much meat. Dinner last night was some tasty roasted veggies with lentils. My lady is a really good cook. I think that’s the key–being able to prepare vegetarian dishes that taste good. Me, I’m lazy, so slapping a steak in the George Foreman is more my style.

Yes, it’s definitely true being able to cook and be creative is key. My wife isn’t vegetarian, but she’s a great cook and lately she’s been working with a really good cookbook - Vegan with a Vengeance, which is super tasty. I, on the other hand, am a terrible cook, although I can boil, toast and microwave with the best of ‘em. :)
Of course, also living in NYC gives access to tons of places to eat out that are vegan and vegetarian friendly if not an explicitly veg place.

The end of that ad is pimping some site called GoVeg.com…I thought for a second it said GoVag.com. But whatever…let’s hear it for veggies!

LOL. Yes… that would be a whooooole different ad campaign! :) Although, still countercultural. Heh!
