My wife isn't vegetarian, but she's a great cook and lately she's been working with a really good cookbook - Vegan with a Vengeance, which is super tasty. I, on the other hand, am a terrible cook, although I can boil, toast and microwave with the best of 'em. :) Of course, also living in NYC gives access to tons of places to eat out that are vegan and vegetarian friendly if not an explicitly veg place. Dinner last night was some tasty roasted veggies with lentils. My lady is a really good cook. I think that's the key--being able to prepare vegetarian dishes that taste good. Me, I'm lazy, so slapping a steak in the George Foreman is more my style. My girlfriend’s daughter is a vegetarian, so when I spend the weekend, I’m not eating very much meat.
