		<description>Yes, it's definitely true being able to cook and be creative is key. My wife isn't vegetarian, but she's a great cook and lately she's been working with a really good cookbook - Vegan with a Vengeance, which is super tasty. I, on the other hand, am a terrible cook, although I can boil, toast and microwave with the best of 'em. :)

Of course, also living in NYC gives access to tons of places to eat out that are vegan and vegetarian friendly if not an explicitly veg place.</description>

		<description>My girlfriend's daughter is a vegetarian, so when I spend the weekend, I'm not eating very much meat. Dinner last night was some tasty roasted veggies with lentils. My lady is a really good cook. I think that's the key--being able to prepare vegetarian dishes that taste good. Me, I'm lazy, so slapping a steak in the George Foreman is more my style.</description>
