Listen, lady. It won't be the first one I've seen or the first one I've liked (if I like it) but it's the first that I want to see. Wait! I lie! It's the second, I wanted to see The Incredibles, too. :) See, the second.

Yeah, it turns out that even talking with a hands free doesn't really help. But what're you gonna do. People gotta chat. I'm sure I'd feel different if I had a car and drove all the time!

Flick looks good. Cell phones are bad enough in cars. The last 5 people I saw driving like a putz were either from Massachusetts or on a cell phone. Hang up and drive people.

Yeah, thank ye heavens that there's no cell on planes. I mean, I wouldn't mind a little hot wifi action, but please don't allow people to shout into their phones the whole trip.

And we should definitely start that campaign. Let's talk to straphangers.org. :)

I remember reading an article that slashdot highlighted about why the FAA has failed to complete the testing that, if successful, would clear mobile phone use for airplane cabins. The article suggested that the barriers weren't technical or monetary, but that they didn't WANT to complete them. The higher-ups were convinced that the testing would be a success and they didn't want to sit next to the aforementioned dermatologist conversation on every flight. For once i'm with the government officials on this. Can we start a campaign suggesting that cellphones will crash subway trains?
