The article suggested that the barriers weren't technical or monetary, but that they didn't WANT to complete them. The higher-ups were convinced that the testing would be a success and they didn't want to sit next to the aforementioned dermatologist conversation on every flight. For once i'm with the government officials on this. Can we start a campaign suggesting that cellphones will crash subway trains?
