No doubt this is the reason why the solution to the original stupid problem is, if not equally as stupid, at least partially as stupid, and frankly, dangerous. If they ran the school system less like a god damn corporation and more like, well like a school then people wouldn't be constantly making decisions based on who it will please instead of whats best for the kids. (or anyone working there for that matter) I will solve this problem right now..... no ACTIVE cell phones in class, period, thats it. You need to call 911 at least everyone will have a working cell phone that just needs to be powered up. Severe consequences for those who disobey and its a done deal. All you need is one phone, unless you have AT&T of course then maybe you need 3 or 4. And I bought robosaurus and your all dead.
