I suggest you follow suite. I watch a few cable series and a whole bunch of HD nature stuff, like nova and thirteen. Basically, I watch stuff where no one gets eliminated, no one has to eat anything gross and not every character is a "beautiful person". I am telling you that you will feel a lot better once you let the basic boob tube go. I stopped watching regular television years ago. I suggest you follow suite.
