I mean either way Google wants to take it (either allow or disallow) they just need to be clear. Even if it's a half measure, they simply need to be clear about what is or is not acceptable to them - a rationale for the decisions would be even better. As it is, just guessing gets people nowhere and often in trouble.</description>
