Breakfast Links: Solid State, Ninja Burglar & Dark Knight
ComputerWorld gives the 411 on Sony’s sexily named Vaio TZ191N - an ultraportable laptop with solid state drive. That’s right - this fanless beauty doesn’t have a hard drive, it rocks 32 GB of hard bodied solid state. It gets between 3.5 and 5.5 hours of battery, depending on your power setting and sports an 11″ screen. I mean that’s pretty good - still my years and years old Fujitsu P1120 is significantly lighter and has a longer lasting battery - sure you shave 2″ off the screen, but it makes up for that by having a touch screen! I love that lil guy…
Which is why I don’t live in Staten Island (ok, there’s other reasons I don’t live in Shaolin, no offense…) - the Ninja Burglar has struck again… and again! That’s right #17 and #18 have gone down - he robs places when people are in them. That’s ballsy and/or stupid. Still… it’s hard to argue with a guy who dresses up as a ninja, you know?
The Dark Knight, for example, you wouldn’t want to argue with him… The movie juices up it’s marketing a little with this new site. Which then sends you on to these little chunky, virally bits: The Gotham Times, Joker’s Take, A Safer Gotham, Gotham National Bank, Gotham Police, Gotham City Rail, Victim of Crime, Harvey Dent for DA, Wanted: Henchman. I admit I’m mildly excited for this although I kinda think they’re going to ruin it and I’m going to be mad. What can you do? I’m a sucker, s’truth. (shameless stolen from mefi)

I bet Don is the ninja. Anyway, yeah Dark Knight. Good idea with all those sites, I kinda like the Joker one. Probably no way to not be disappointed considering whats in my head but hey, the last Batman movie was extremely decent. Christian Bale? I’m a fan.

Yeah, I enjoyed Batman Begins despite it’s flaws. Always a good sign… but still.. it’ll be hard to do this one right, will they really beat up superman??
