First off he is a total internet tough guy. Every other comment is he wants to beat the crap out of someone or someone should be fired. If you want to review something, review it. Don't give me repetitive juvenile threats for 5 minutes because you look like an ass. Second, the rubber thing on the back if for protecting your $400 investment from people like you who would undoubtedly drop it. Plus the major issue of not being able to buy books is software which can be updated any second. Don't be a hater. If you don't like something, fine but don't go on a tirade without a conclusion.
