K. Another tale of a cop mishandling you skaters (see the other tale). Here we have the youtube showing this cop just losing it. Apparently being called “dude” or “man” is too much for him to bear - he decides to scream at the kid, take his skateboard, put him in a headlock and push him to the ground… for being asked what they did wrong. Of course, there’s context before the video that isn’t there, but really, I wonder what it could be that would warrant that - the kid really didn’t seem to be acting up. Also, apparently, calling people “dude” is going to get that kid killed one day in the “real world”. The cop is now being investigated by internal affairs. In another duel as old as time, there’s Ninjas v. Spartans. Thanks to Ben for pointing this one out - apparently there’s some new show coming out The Deadliest Warrior that will pit two warriors from different cultures against each other to see who comes out on top. Sadly, they can’t really find a ninja. Which is wierd because by ninja they mean:
We found our Spartan but we’re having trouble finding a Ninja. We’re looking for someone Asian, over 18, has great martial arts skills (preferably Ninjitsu) and has great camera presence.
So, y’know, not really a ninja. “We’d like a good looking asian actor.”
Lastly in this combative breakfast time… we pit Michel Gondry… against… himself. Dunh.. dunh… duuuuun. Ok, anyway, he has put up a new trailer for Be Kind Rewind (which this blogger is overly excited to see) which is really… kind of meta. How to describe? It’s a remaking of the Be Kind Rewind trailer, Be Kind Rewind style. Featuring Michel himself. Seriously. Awesome.

That cop does several illeagal things. I wish we had cell phone cameras when we were getting booted outta places! We also chose to run though. Why would you stop to take that kind of abuse? Let his fat ass run after you.

Howie - yeah, that’s what I was thinking, too! The kid shoulda just been like… off? Yeah, it doesn’t even have batteries, dude. heh! And then recorded his own beating!
Heh, that’s guys so controversial, ronin. Ah well… he’s too old and not good looking enough anyways. I wonder if that show’ll actually fine someone who’s trained ninjutsu - I remember that Discovery documentary found someone.
Yeah, Poyla, t’s a new world these days. Those kids looked young, too… really young, but maybe that’s just cause I’m old… really old.

Howie once lit a bottle rocket through a chain link fence that flew under a cop car and exploded. I remember running threw the water of “the bitch ditch” behind ShopRite to escape. Before suburban skate parks we were ridin in the sewers! They never chased you in there.
