Ok, what’s the deal with British people? I think they are overly concerned with “anti-social” behaviour. What with all those CCTV’s they love. Now I’m reading about that Mosquito device that emits some annoying high pitch sound that only the kids can hear that makes them go away - apparently it’s installed in 3,500 locations over there already. WTF? Isn’t a cctv that nags at them enough to get them to move? At least the Children’s Commissioner for England is now campaigning to have it declared illegal. Go Sir Aynsley-Green!

Speaking of annoyed people - I am annoyed at my mixed emotions over the new Clone Wars series. I mean, I hated Episodes I-III - do I need a cartoon set between II and III? Sigh. I also hate that ReBoot/Jimmy Neutron style of computer animation. On the other hand, I like Jedi’s and Light Sabers. I AM SUCH A SUCKER. Here’s a little video interview with the director that’s mildly interesting. Is it me or is he a little too excited about the lady jedi in the thing? Ah well, what’s your stance on this? Oh, I just found the old post I did on Clone Wars, I’ll be unexcited again. George Lucas is such an ass.

Jumpers, on the other hand, seems kinda cool. I was kinda interested in it from the trailers I’ve seen and just read this interview with Doug Liman today. I never put it together that he was directing, I liked Go and Bourne Identity. His talking about how they didn’t use computer generated characters and the lengths they went to make that happen is great. I dunno, I want to see it - is anyone else excited for it? Funnily he’s also executive producing the Knight Rider show. Good times.
