Happy Leap Day!
Light posting today in honour of this bonus day. Yippee!
Seriously, though, shouldn’t we get the 29th off? It should be some kinda federal holiday or something. I’m just saying. Holla if you’re wit’ me.
Ok, well, one quick’un. Check out the new Iron Man trailer. I get a little more excited for this movie every new trailer they release and not just cause of the rockin’ theme music they pick. And I wasn’t at all into it when I first heard about it, now I’m psyched for it. Yay, Robert! Although I’m not that psyched for the bad guy to be another Iron man.

Rob brings a certain comic character attitude to it that somehow is hard to do and works well I mean you can tell right from the trailer. It’s almost as if he makes the over exaggerated world of the comic book feel welcome in live action. As if you assume it already so that when something totally comic book happens your not thrown out of the story, suddenly aware of your melting goobers. He rules. I am glad he is not dead yet.

Yeah, he definitely does. Turns out he knows how to play an alcoholic rich guy really well! :) But that’s the easy route out, he really does bring something extra to the table, I’m really looking forward to it largely on the strength of seeing him in the trailers.

the new trailer is unrelentingly great. If the movie is even half as good…
of course I remember saying the same thing about the matthew broderick Godzilla. I think favreau nailed it though.

I’ve been reading nothing but people getting more excited for the movie - it’s pretty amazing. Hopefully it’s better than IguanaGodzilla!
