I think this is good news. A new service gogo is hitting the friendly skies and offering WiFi to Virgin America and American Airlines. It’s going to use EVDO to offer in flight 802.11 to everyone - as long as VOIP is cut off so I don’t have to hear my seat mate yapping about his intestinal comfort all flight, I think this is pretty sweet. American’s wussing out and loading up a mere 15 of it’s planes, but Virgin, showing it’s British roots (sadly the British airlines are all way, way, waaaay better than their American competitors) is outfitting it’s entire fleet. Huh.. that MacBook Air’s sounding sweeter, eh?? eh??

And just cause of all that talk yesterday, here’s the latest Wall•E Trailer! (see how I hit that dot, Poyla??) Here’s a movie I definitely want to catch this summer - it’s kinda at the very top of the list. I mean, a mainstream movie where there’s no dialogue and Johnny 5 is alive?? Hellllz yeah.

And lastly if you’ve got a whole bunch of time on your hands you may want to check out the Guardian’s 1000 albums to hear before you die. If that isn’t an ambitious project for a paper to take on, well, I don’t know what is. It’s all alphabetized and what not - I wish there was a concise list of them, but each album has a whole bunch of text as to why - which is nice, but it makes it hard to see at a glance what they’ve got. And then as if that wasn’t enough they also put a link up to the picks their readers think they missed. DAAMN. I only gandered through - thought it interesting that they put Achtung Baby in for U2 and not Joshua Tree and Surfer Rosa in for the Pixies and not Trompe le Monde Doolittle (I don’t know what happened there, too much aluminum in my diet, I guess). Man, I’m so mainstream. It’s embarrassing. I’m embarrassed. What do you think of these picks?
