Breakfast Links: Bunch o’ Videos Edition
Ok, first up check out this security cam footage of a guy just losing it on his cubicle mates. I mean, he LOSES it, throwing monitors at people, throwing cubicle dividers at people, throwing… paper… at people… Not one person until someone, who I presume to be security, walks in the door and finally gets him down. I mean, that could really have been messy, like when the guy picks up the coat rack (or whatever that thing was). This video is nutty.
And it’s a damn good thing that the guy wasn’t in fact the dude from the new movie Wanted. Check out the trailer, it’s like The Office meets, um, super assassin Angelina Jolie? First of all, you know it isn’t hard to convince me to go and see a movie featuring Angelina and guns. I mean, I saw Mr. and Mrs. Smith and liked it. I think I was the only one. But come on, watch the end of the trailer and see how the dude gets the guy in the limo. It walks that razor’s edge between cheesy and over the top! Just how I like’em. (via)
Lastly I was going to quip about how I post every flying penguin video I come across, because I distinctly remember posting this BBC flying penguin video. But Google and my own blog search don’t seem to actually believe me. Huh. Well, you should watch that video first. Then watch this new video (also a commercial, it turns out) of some guys who seem to take flightless birds hang gliding! I don’t know if it’s true or not, I’m pretty sure that last one isn’t. But whatever, the shots with the penguin flying? They are priceless. I mean, I know, I know it’s all kinda anthropomorphic or whatever, but that bird looked like it was psyched with his wings all spread and looking around. Way more psyched than the chicken.
