So, 42 year old Chris Colesan decided that the best way for him to lose weight was to go on the all McDonald’s diet. (via) That’s right. You read that right. He’s the Jared of Mickey D’s. Even his wife, initially a skeptic is a believer! He lost 80 pounds and 14 pants sizes. That’s madness! Madness?? That was… McDonalds!! When’s he going to show up in a McDonald’s commercial? You know it’s going to happen…

Huh. Anyhow, if you need to waste some time (and I know you do) check out www.neave.com. (via) Television is pretty good - it gives you some context free YouTube viewing. It feels odd, but if you’re at work and jonesin for that comforting channel surfing feeling, this could be the thing. Some classic games, and a bunch of pattern/motion based pieces that get you in a zen mode. Good times.

Finally, Ricoh has announced a new GX200, successor to the GX100. Only because of the crappy review it received was this not a very high contender on my recent camera search (after my last LX2 didn’t survive a chest high fall). This was back in the day when I thought I needed manual controls on a P&S. Ultimately I went with a TZ5. Let me tell you. That thing is awesome. The 10x zoom kicks ass (even more so when you get to 16x or so).
